A turnkey television complex has been implemented for the Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisi, including the full supply and integration of professional equipment and software solutions. The infrastructure is built around video servers and workstations from Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Cinegy software, a robotic pan-and-zoom camera system by Telemetrics, and equipment from Ross Video. The complex features **Sony HXC-P70 studio cameras and BRC-H8000 PTZ cameras, the Sony Optical Disc Archive system, Percon cabling, and a Nikon photo kit. Additionally, two 3.9 mm pixel pitch LED displays (4 × 2 meters each) were installed to create a modern visual environment for broadcasts and official events. This solution provides a reliable, scalable, and technology-driven environment for broadcast production at a governmental level.
