Solid State Logic was founded in 1969 in Oxford, England. The SL 4000 E console, introduced in the 1970s, became the defining sound of a generation — used on records by Michael Jackson, U2, Radiohead, and virtually every major label recording of the 1980s and 1990s.
SSL's broadcast division, anchored by the System T, is the console of choice for the world's premier broadcasting facilities. The BBC, major US networks and European public broadcasters rely on System T for the most demanding live broadcast environments — where reliability is not optional.
MediaTech brings SSL's broadcast and studio console technology to Azerbaijan, providing the same tools used by the world's top facilities to local broadcast studios and recording environments.
“Every major hit of the last 40 years has been mixed on an SSL. The 4000 series changed what was possible in recording — nothing before or since has had that impact.”
