SWIT made a bold bet: that broadcast-quality LED lighting could be manufactured to the same standard as Western brands at a fraction of the cost, without compromising the CRI accuracy and colour temperature stability that television studios demand.
Their SL-400D and SL-200D Daylight Fresnels became our first choice for studio installations — CRI 96+ is the threshold at which colour reproduction becomes broadcast-accurate. Our first major SWIT deployment was at Baku TV, replacing their entire legacy lighting infrastructure. The result: 60% energy savings and dramatically improved on-camera colour accuracy.
“The transition to SWIT LED changed everything for our studio. Energy savings paid for the installation within two years, and the improvement in on-camera colour accuracy was immediate.”
